BRISBANE INDIE ELECTRO OUTFIT RELEASE DEBUT EP ‘CROSSTALKER’

Two-piece Indie Electronic outfit Driver have released their debut EP ‘Crosstalker’.

The EP is a collection of intricately crafted songs that were recorded with Australian producer Troy Brady. ‘Crosstalker’ features elaborate synth-driven soundscapes that are laced with an alluring sense of nostalgia.

Driver consists of vocalist Damión Douglass and producer/instrumentalist Shane Holmes. After many years of playing in successful Australian bands together, they decided to create a completely new project in which they could pay homage to the elements of pop culture that influenced them so greatly in the 80s & 90s.

Driver successfully released their debut single ‘Sin City’ late last year. The single was aired on over 50 radio stations throughout Australia and was included in ‘The Top Ten Tunes Of The Week’ via ‘Something You Said’. ‘Sin City’also received positive coverage from blogs AAA Backstage, AMNplify and many more.

MELBOURNE BASED ELECTRO POP ARTIST RELEASES NEW SINGLE + VIDEO ‘LIFESTYLE LOVER’ + ANNOUNCES FORTHCOMING ALBUM RELEASE

Melbourne based singer/songwriter Misha Bear has released her brand new single ‘Lifestyle Lover’, along with a music video.

The single is the first offering from Bear’s forthcoming album (set for release on Feb 14.)

Misha Bear creates a stunning brand of music by artfully blending elements of Indie, Pop and Electronica.

2019 saw the release of Bear’s EP ‘Stories’. The EP was aired on many radio stations throughout Australia and received positive coverage from The AU Review, The Partae, AMNplify and many more.

Misha Bear recently went back into the studio to record her forthcoming album ‘Heart Gallery’ with producer David Herzog.

| CIRRUS CROWN |MELBOURNE ALTERNATIVE METAL OUTFIT RELEASE NEW SINGLE + VIDEO ‘THE HARDEST TRUTH’ + ANNOUNCE SINGLE LAUNCH SHOW  Melbourne based Alternative Metal band Cirrus Crown have released their powerful new single ‘The Hardest Truth’.

The band have also announced their single launch show that will be held at The Workers Club on Jan 31 with support from Arcane SaintsTerrestrials and Formiles.  Cirrus Crown, a weather phenomenon associated with thunderstorms, is a metaphor that perfectly encapsulates the band’s energetic, dynamic, heavy and ambient music. The band’s sound is hard to pin down to any particular influence; however, there are evident shades of KarnivoolGojiraDead Letter Circus and Cog. Their songs “utilise dynamics and ambience to provide contrast to the pulsating heaviness” and take the listener on a highly dynamic ride.

Cirrus Crown features a strong lineup consisting of vocalist Markus Saastamoinen (Degrees of Separation), guitarists Pete Borzeta (AcolyteFading Hour) and Ross Niven (Fear is a Liar), bassist Matt Manders (Orsome Welles) and drummer Lorne Lippiatt (Alpha Remedy).
