Courtney Jaye latest album Love And Forgiveness is a fantastic album, its an album with a real 70’s sound and we the listeners are reward with good songs and fantastic vocals. She has put out an album worthy of your time. Asked Me To starts off on a right note with good vocals, the musicianship and lyrics. It’s a real seventies sounding pop rock song where the vocals and musicianship true do shine. One Way Conversation is a solid tune got a real rock vibe to it, great lyrics and solid vocals. Her voice truely shines. Morning is one of my picks off the album off the album, solid songwriting, it’s a catchy tune the vocals are dazzling, the lyrics are good, and musicianship is first rate. If there is a song that deserves radio play, I reckon its this song. Every Time We Say Goodbye has more of a laid back upbeat vibe going for it. It’s a good tune that shines. Say Oh Say reminds me a lot of Kate Earl song One Woman Army like Courtney Jaye new album has a real 70s sound it. The songwriting is excellent as is Courtney Jaye amazing voice. Summer Rain has a real summer vibe to the tune, It’s beautifully written and performed, vocals and lyrics are solid. I Thought About It is another pick for me, it’s got a real rock edge to the tune, the musicianship, vocals, lyrics and songwriting is all solid. It really highlights Courtney voice and songwriting. Stars And Skies also shows off the songwriting of Courtney and her amazing voice. It’s another pick off the album for me. Love And Forgiveness is the title track is a rocking good tune, solid musicianship mixed with great vocals and lyrics makes it a winner. New Day finishes off the album on a great note with a solid tune that shows off the vocals and lyrics of Coutney as well as the solid songwriting. Seriously this is an amazing album where every song is a winner. First class vocals, musicianship, songwriting and production. This will seriously grab you from the first note. This album blew me away.
