Sydney based Alt Rockers The Opinion Industry have unleashed their new single and music video called ‘KAREN’. The release was premiered via Triple M and Scenestr. 

“No one likes a Karen and a Karen doesn’t want to be one – stereotypes were used and some liberties were taken to stretch out the comedy of it all. The overarching message of the song is to remind people to be kinder.”

‘KAREN’ is the third offering from the bands forthcoming debut EP, which was recorded with producer Mitta Norath at Tommirock Studios. The debut EP is set for release in 2022. 

The music video for ‘KAREN’ is an elaborate comic style visual that draws influence from ‘Do The Evolution’ by Pearl Jam.  The masterpiece features hand drawn images took around 6 months to complete and were edited by band member Benny Mac. 

The Opinion Industry recently released their debut single and music video called ‘OPINIONS’. The single was aired on well over 50 radio stations across the globe, including airplay on Triple M.

The breakout track received stellar reviews from the likes of Tone Deaf, Hysteria Mag, AAA Backstage, Satchel (Steel Panther) and many more.
