JEBEDIAH AND REGURGITATOR
This editor/owner of this site loves Sea Legs new song Take A Little For Yourself, it’s just a really great catchy tune, I dig it a lot. These guys are worth checking out.
Central Coast Indie Sweethearts Sea Legs have just released a new single ‘Take A Little For Yourself’ and announced tour dates with some of Australia’s finest Regurgitator and Jebediah.
Once again Sea Legs have flexed their creative muscles with their heterogeneous song writing abilities, whilst still retaining their signature sound that has landed them so many adoring fans and credibility.
‘Take A Little For Yourself’ depicts the contagious melodies of front-man Byron Knight, the bands flavorsome Brit-pop tones and warm 1980’s synth blends that often find their way into the songs and carry them along ever so elegantly.
It also touches on a deep subject close to the band and tells a story of a very real life drama that involves jealously, adultery and murder.
As a wrap; 2013 saw consistent worldwide radio play, festival appearances, extensive touring supporting some of Australia’s heavyweights and all of this off the back of their debut EP… 2014 might just be the year for the boys from Bateau Bay.
