Sahara Smith new album Fundraiser

The amazing Sahara Smith is launching a new album. This is what she had to say. I will be donating.

I received an incredible grant from the city that has enabled me to get 80% of the way through recording my first record in 16 years, and while it has gone a significant way towards this record, there is still some work to be done! Any amount you are able to contribute will go directly to paying artists, paying for mixing and mastering, and whatever is left will go into promotion. I will keep a public record of my expenses so you know your funds are going where they are supposed to.

As most of you who have been with me on this journey know, I have recorded two additional studio albums under my previous label that were never released and in all likelihood never will be. So much has changed since I recorded Myth of the Heart and now I have a chance to give you a glimpse into those intervening years. This album is about who I was, who I am now, and who I strive to become.

Thank you so much in advance for your help. LET’S FINISH A FRIGGIN RECORD ALREADY!
