Sydney based Indie Rockers PJ Orr have just released their new album ‘Tightrope Walker’. PJ Orr artfully blend elements of Indie, Rock and Alternative to form their unique brand of ‘Folkadelic’ music.
The band debuted in 2016 with the release of their self-produced album called ‘Foggy Notion’. The album received airplay on Double J, FBi Radio, RRR FM and was covered by Happy Mag, Obscure Sound, These Psychedelic Sounds to name a few.
PJ Orr recently went back into the studio with former Youth Group member Tim Kevin (Holly Throsby, Jim Moginie of Midnight Oil, The Lovetones) to record their new album ‘Tightrope Walker’.
They released the title-track single ‘Tightrope Walker’ earlier this year. The single received airplay across Australia and positive reviews from blogs throughout the world.
The band signed to legendary US Record Label Misra Records (home to Phosphorescent, Adam Torres) for their new release.
