So one of my favorite discoveries of the last year Kara Connolly is releasing her debut album Life In Rear View on May The 17th which you can pre-order here if your an iTunes user. This will no doubt be available at all good digital retailers. This is what she has to say about it.
I first got the idea to make an album in 2014 after having repeatedly written a bunch of songs on my bed at 2 in the morning (I didn’t sleep much that year). I had always wanted to be an actor, but ended up writing more than ever while waiting for auditions that seldom came. It’s been a long road since then of growth, setbacks, passion, support, learning curves and hard work. And I’m just getting started…looking forward to seeing where this journey takes me.
Super stoked (and incredibly terrified) for my very first full-length record to be out in the world. All of these songs come from personal experience and on MAY 17TH I have to learn to let go and they’ll be yours to do with as you please! I’m very grateful and humbled.
