1.How did you get into music?

My best friend Eric and I decided we wanted to learn how to play the guitar so we
did

2.What were your major influnces growing up?

NOFX, Inflames, Iron Maiden.

3.How did Halifax form?

The singer and I were writing a bunch of good music together and we needed other
musicians for the band. Tommy the drummer was mikes friend and Adam the guitar
player was my friend

4. What has been your favourite show to date?

The show in New Jersy at club Krome with The Early November

5. What has the response been to your new song released?

Kids always ask for it where ever we play and there is a little internet buzz
about “Halifax’s new song”

6. Whho do you enjoy playing with?

Homegrown

7. How has zines helped in getting your music out there

Not very much actually, we arent in that many zines

8. What are your views on the mp3 format and filesharing?

I think its great, kids have easy acess to our music so they can come sing along
at shows

9. Do you think the internet is good for getting your music out there?

The best!!!!

10. Who would most like to record a song with if you could?

Dave Grohl

11. If Halifax could be on The Simpsons where would they be playing?

In Moe’s tavern

12. When touring what is the album that must be played on the tour bus?

Cartel (they are our boys)

13. What movie is always played on the tour bus?

We dont have a T.V.
