| CAN OKAN |SYDNEY BASED HIP HOP VISIONARY RELEASES NEW SINGLE + VIDEO ‘SAY TO HIM’ Progressive Hip Hop artist Can Okan has just released his new single and music video “Say To Him”, which was premiered via AAA Backstage.

“Say To Him” is a story about an artist falling off and losing their hype, money and respect.

“Partially inspired from my own fall from grace in 2017 when I had a lot of eyes on me and I disappeared from the Aussie Hip hop scene.”

Can Okan grew up in housing commissions of Sydney, Australia. Despite his up bringing, Can rebels against the notion that he must make “gutter music” with a bold mission statement of delivering albums that can rival a ‘To Pimp A Butterfly’ by Kendrick Lamar or a ‘My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy’ by Kanye West and ultimately pushing Aussie
Hip Hop past its stereotypes.

The young artist debuted in 2017 and has since been making huge waves in the Australian Hip Hop scene. His debut video “W’sup” has over 100K views online. Can kicked off 2020 with the release of his single and video ‘Answers’, which has now garnered thousands of views on YouTube.

New single “Say To Him” is available on all major online stores.
