1. Are you happy how things have gone for you so far? Totally happy – we’re a very close bunch of friends from way back. Including previous members who’ve come & gone. So to be able to do what you love with your closest mates it’s a rare & precious thing. We aim to make songs we’d wanna listen to & i believe we achieve that so we’re happy

2. What inspires you when writing music? movies, conversations, conspiracy theories & quirky adventures. We use all general life experiences as inspiration for the themes in our tunes – never do we listen to a band and try replicate they’re sound or scene, that would just taint our sound, it’s gotta be organic

3. What is your latest song about? it’s about finding/tasting/feeling/knowing something new. Contrary to what may be believed upon first listen, it is not a love song. It’s a about finding something new that your instantly passionate about and following it on through

4. What do you like about touring? Going on adventure with your pals, sharing your creations with people from different walks of life & seeing what mischief we can get up to while abroad

5. How important to you is touring regional alongside touring the cities? Pretty important but we haven’t had much of chance to do a lot of regional touring yet. Although when we have we do notice the regional crowds appreciate seeing something they wouldn’t usually see outside the big smoke

6. What has been your favorite show to date? we launched our debut LP at Oxford Art Factory August last year. We finished our set & as i was walking backstage, a naked man wearing a balaclava came running up the stairs from backstage and as he reached the front of the stage to share the love, the curtains promptly closed on him. We found out this masked assailant was Willow’s (our keyboardist) flatmate, as he had to return to the venue the next day with his tail between his legs and find his lost wallet after he had been ejected from the art factory.

7. How does social media help you as an artist? It helps us get our work across to a wider audience in an inexpensive way & reach people who we would have no means to get a message to

8. How important is connecting with your fans? Constantly Connecting with fans drives us to be as creative as we can be. This can be a challenge but it’s so satisfying when you can make people happy with your creations that your driven to do it again & again

9. If you could have any body in a video clip who would it be? Probably Batman slow dancing with the President to country music at a truck stop then have them ride off into the sunset on a T-Rex at the end (filmed from a helicopter)

10. What’s your favorite venue to play at? Probably Wembley Stadium 1986 when we were ‘Queen’ ***in a past life (your thinking, hmmm they’re not all dead yet but they probably should be since Freddy is gone)

11. What does 2014 have in store for the band? more recording, more touring, Ben finding love, Tom falling pregnant again, Leon having a growth spirt & Willow purchasing some equipment
